Mango Ripple

Ingredients

1 over/very over ripe mango
Lots of your favourite vegan plain yoghurt
A handful of granola or toasted nuts for topping.

Method

1. Prepare mango and mash the flesh into a puree.
2. Gently swirl some of the puree into a bowl of yoghurt.
3. Add a spoonful of the puree to a glass, then top with some yoghurt/mango mixture.
4. Continue layer the puree and yoghurt into the glass.
5. Top with crunchy granola or toasted nuts to serve.
