Best Van Life breakfast

Ingredients

2 Ripe pears (peeled and chopped into bite size pieces)
Small handful of blackberries.
Small handful of raspberries.
Your favourite vegan yogurt.
Agave syrup or pure maple syrup.
2 Small handfuls of mixed nuts toasted (eg Almonds, cashews, walnuts and hazelnuts.)

 Method

1. Heat a small frying pan with no oil.
2. Add nuts and toast for several mins until browned to your liking.
3. Set aside nuts while you wash and prepare the fruit.
4. Arrange fruit in bowls, top with vegan yoghurt and syrup.
5. Roughly chop the warm nuts and sprinkle on the top.
